Production Team Leader

EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, leader in the production of construction materials, is currently recruiting a Production Team Leader.



Major responsabilities:

• Follow the production plan and organize raw material movement;
• Ensure that HSE rules and specification are respected during daily activity;
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees;
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules;
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance;
• Check production output according to specification;
• Submit reports on performance and progress;
• knowledge and follow-up of production KPIs i.e. OEE, risk grading, WCM etc;
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvement;
• Collaborate with R&D department in order to produce in line with quality specifications .


Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage;
• Experience as Production Supervisor or similar role;
• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools;
• Advanced skills in MS Office, English knowledge B2;
• Organizational and leadership abilities;
• Communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
• Problem-solving skills.
