Summary:
1.Extracts and processes reports from CS based on the PAR dept. needs regarding the PAR dept. function procedures.
2.Coordinates tasks and identifies situations for each member of NOA’s staff which is implicated directly or indirectly with the CS functioning.
3.Makes sure the CS functioning goes according PAR procedures for each user.
4.Processes the data referring to the preparation of the monthly objectives of the PM.
5.Makes sure the CS functioning is operative.
6.Proposes necessary changes regarding the PAR management activities and procedures.
7.Prepares and archives documents according to the PAR dept. needs.
8.Other tasks assigned from the directors.

Education and or/ Experience
A four-year university degree; or 1 to 2 years of experience and/or training linked with this type of job; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Accreditation by the current legislation to exercise this profession.
Language skills
Capable of reading and interpreting the documents according to the rules ,operates and preserves instructions and manual procedures. Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. Capable of speaking efficiently in front of client groups and organization employees .
Mathematical skills
Capable of calculating figures and amounts, interest, fees, percentages, areas, counties and volumes. Capable of applying basic concepts of algebra and geometry.
Logical skills
Capable of practical problem solving and agreements with a variety of the concrete variables in situations where standard limits exist. Capable of portraying a variety of instructions taken from written and verbal forms, diagrams or graphics.
Computer skills
To perform this job successfully an individual must have knowledge regarding accounting programs; Data programs; Internet programs; Table programs;
