EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the biggest group of companies operating in Albania with headquarters in Shkodra , is currently recruiting a Head of HR Departament.
Major responsibilities:
Oversee companies HR systems, policies and procedures to ensure alignment and compliance with organizational objectives.
Review and advise senior management on annual staff planning as part of annual operating planning process to ensure alignment with outreach performance goals, branch expansion plans, institutional development/ transformation requirements, and other needs;
Manage and plan institution’s extensive recruitment and hiring processes;
Implement and manage the performance evaluation system to ensure that all staff receive a timely evaluation according to the company policy;
Advise line managers on best practices in application of the Performance Management System, particularly the aspect of staff appraisal and performance feedback;
In collaboration with senior management, introduce new tools, as applicable, to improve performance feedback for staff and managers.
Requirements for this position are:
University degree in Business, Management, Economics or HR.
+5 years of demonstrated experience in Human Resources;
Experience in people management and human relationship skills;
Fluency in English languages is required.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
