EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a leading multinational biopharmaceutical company, is currently recruiting a Travel Coordinator.
The Travel Coordinator will supervise and coordinate the management of the travel requests made for business missions of company staff on an efficient and effective way.
Major responsibilities:
• Ensure the plan transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services;
• Cooperate with colleagues to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations;
• Ensure providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travellers;
• Ensure book transportation, make hotel reservations and control invoices from each subsidiary;
• Ensure the management of occurring travel problems, emergency, complaints or refunds;
• Ensure enter data into relevant software and maintain company employees travel files;
• Guarantee a high customer satisfaction and reasonable time of response;
• Develop ways of working and SOP for the new processes;
• Supervise the statistical and financial records based on monthly invoices received;
• Ensure the achievement of profit and costs targets;
• Negotiate contracts with travel service providers;
• Reports any deviance to HQ accounting team, colleagues submitting the expense report, or HR as necessary.
Requirements for this position are:
• Previous experience in Tourism and travel agencies sector (MUST);
• Fluency in Italian and English – written and spoken (MUST);
• Good computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
• Good communication skills, proactivity, teamworking, flexible thinking, integrity;
• Good organization skills, independent in performing the duties and in coordinating teams.
