EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, Shell Upstream Albania, is currently recruiting a Facilities Manager (maternity leave replacement).
The Facilities Manager role involves the planning, supervision and implementation of general maintenance services and repairs of facilities, managing office building and access controls as well interface with Real Estate external service providers.
Major responsabilities:
Real Estate Strategy & Planning and General Management
• Work with Shell global Real Estate team & multiple departments to develop strategy for Shell Albania;
• Develop initial actions plan and framework required for the implementation phase of the strategy;
• Manage the Real estate unit for the Shell Albania venture in line with Shell global Real Estate standards.
Office Maintenance & Services and Contracts Management
• Ensuring basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance;
• Managing renovations, refurbishments and building projects;
• Office Health & Safety Management including dealing with emergencies situations;
• Managing RE’s contracts performance incl. communication with all contractors
Office Management & Access Control
• Space management with input from the business, facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
• Facilitating moves of staff office space and general office space utilization
• Emergency planning in collaboration with HSSE team
• Managing communication with site landlords
• Maintenance of speed gate and access controls, visitor access controls
• Smart card ordering and office access activation
Hotels Management
• Focal point Hotel management incl. verification of HSSE hotel evaluations, handling of complaints with hotels, feedback on Hotel HSSE occurrences related to staff visiting Tirana
Requirements for this position are:
• Self-starter with strong Facilities Management background and ability to suggest creative solutions to challenging issues;
• Result-oriented style with ability to manage a variety of tasks with minimum supervision;
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills with proven track record of working effectively in multi-disciplinary business teams handling complexity;
• Very good command of English.
