EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, leader in the production of construction materials, is currently recruiting a Sales Analyst & Support:
Major responsabilities:
Combine and analyze data to forecast sales trends & budgeting;
Monitor and evaluate sales performance of customer base to adjust pricing, propose Bundles to upsell, mixed sells of products and systems etc to exceed budgets;
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, annual sales trend/analysis reports using data from internal and external sources for the management;
Monitor and evaluate SR performance and provide recommendations for performance improvements to Sales Manager;
Analyze customer performance and propose, monitor, evaluate and calculate rebates for approval from Sales Manager ;
Improve and build BI reports;
Assess pricing and cost, margins, market, competition, suppliers and provide insight for business optimization and growth;
Run customer Mapping as per channels and update accordingly the data in Sales Modules;
Maintain and manage customer databases;
Assist in preparing, distributing, signing and archiving customer contracts;
Coordinate between sales and supply chain;
Support with travel documents and other admin requests of Sales Department;
Active role in designing digital sales channels i.e. Placing orders, e-commerce etc.
Requirements for this position are:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, sales ;
3-5 years work experience;
Advanced excel skills – requirement;
Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills;
English fluent including in writing and reporting;
High level of organization and detail-orientation;
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize;
Digital concept skills – preferable.
