ATM Engineer

EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the biggest financial institutions in Albania, is currently recruiting a ATM Engineer.

Major responsibilities:

Engineer should be local responsible person for whole ATM network;
Must know about ATM’s in general, process around all the activities;
Must know what the risks are dealing with cash and what are exactly local requirements to do it;
Local counter party needs to be able to tell us risks with certain types of ATM and cash procedures ;
If any of the processes are not given correctly then person needs to be able to justify why proposed solution;
To be able to organize work with different partners, such as cash and maintenance partners;
Responsible person should also be involved into development process, offered by HQ to propose solutions for fixing errors in the system, if they may occur;
Engineer will be part of local COO team and is considered a member of IT crew, so basic understanding of IT systems, installing them and setting them up is also needed.
Requirements for this position are:

Spoken and written English;
Previous experience working with ATMs;
Previous experience working in fintech company;
Basic understanding of IT networks, installation process etc, Windows XP, Agilis;
Understanding of IT development process;
Ability to plan time and tasks, prioritize;
Ability to organize own work and also with partners.
