EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, LVM Real Estate Investments, is currently looking for motivated and proactive candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant.
LVM Real Estate Investments is a growing and promising company that is in business of acquisition and trade of real estate.
Job duties & responsibilities:
• Admission, processing, preparation and administration of contracts and documents;
• Admission and classification of real estate offers, keeping business documentation for projects;
• Responsibility to keep and maintain the key documents in the field of real estate (archiving of originals, verification of signatures, payment guarantees, etc.);
• General amministrative affairs.
Requirements for this position are:
• Secondary or higher education in economics or social sciences;
• Minimum two years of previous work experience in an administrative position;
• High level of knowledge of German or English;
• Thoroughness and independence in work; distinct organizational skills;
• Flexibility, motivation and high level of responsibility.
