Real Estate Acquisition Agent (3 candidates)

EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, LVM Real Estate Investments, is currently looking for motivated and proactive candidates for the position of Real Estate Acquisition Agent.

LVM Real Estate Investments is a growing and promising company that is in business of acquisition and trade of real estate.

Job duties & responsibilities:

• Looking for and evaluating potential real estate/land locations.
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with services responsible for the construction of facilities and infrastructure, as well as with local governments, municipal and national authorities;
• Conducting negotiations for the land purchases;
• Preparing real estate purchase agreements.

Requirements for this position are:

• Higher education in construction, architecture or economics;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English or German language;
• Driving license B category – active driver;
• Previous work experience in similar positions is not required.
