EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a Multinational experienced hair transplant company with Head Office based in London and Clinic located in Istanbul, is currently recruiting Area Sales Supervisor.
The Area Sales Supervisor will report to the Global Collaboration Manager and will supervise up to 25-30 Medical Sales Consultant Team within 12-18 months from the first Albania opening.
Major Responsibilities:
• Set and lead by example, the Company values, the Customer principles and the Code of Business Conduct;
• Carry out risk assessments and set action plans, ensuring an effective and cost effective resolution;
• Implement, change, manage risks and impact and monitor results;
• Encourage and support his team coaching & guiding them;
• Maximaze overall sales and revenue and guide the team to reach all targets and objectives;
• Act as an ambassador for the business all time, delivering an exceptional level of service to all the customers.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in sales and team management and proven track record in evaluating and building new business;
• Excellence knowledge of English & Italian; (MUST)
• Customer Service Oriented, Targets/Results Oriented;
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills;
• Integrity, proactive, positive and honest.
