Controller - Finance Departament

EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, an INTERNATIONAL LEADING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, is currently recruiting a Controller part of the Finance Departament.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Verifying supporting documentation for invoices into the accounting system and in case of
discrepancies follow-up with the vendor and/or the initiating department;
2. Reconciliation of vendor balances in quarterly basis/ annual;
3. Netting agreement adjustment in ERP system versus signed back up/evidences;
4. Responsible to conduct monthly GL accounts reviews and reconciliations, and checking to
ensure that GL's reconciliation are in-line with local and internal policies and procedures;
5. Price data management (creation/edition prices in ERP system) based on approval matrix;
6. Filing of price data changes evidences in monthly basis.

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, - preferable Master degree;
• Navision 2016 ERP system knowledge requirement ;
• 3 to 5 years combined experience in financial accounting;
• Accurate reporting skills/attention to detail/ math skills;
• Knowledge of tax regulations and laws;
• Experience of analyzing financial data .
