Marketing & Sales Specialist

EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, an INTERNATIONAL LEADING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, is currently recruiting a Marketing & Sales Specialist.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Create marketing roadmap based on key marketing activities;
• Facilitate marketing activities in close coordination with outsource marketing company;
• Manage marketing budget;
• Plan and implement marketing events with distribution partners in close cooperation with Sales Team;
• Design and publish catalogues in close cooperation with product team;
• Manage digital channel, fb, LinkedIn, Instagram, google engine search etc. in close cooperation with outsource team and group expertise;
• Define marketing campaigns targeting increase of sales;
• Implement within factory showroom of products in close cooperation with product manager and outsource marketing company;
• Run sales analysis and design bundle campaigns with products and sales manager ;
• Active engagement in group marketing events ect.



Requirements for this position are:

• University degree in Marketing/Economics;
• 5 years working experience in marketing field;
• Flexible in dynamic work environment and volume;
• Strong communication skills and analytical;
• Ability to work and communicate in international work environment and be able to work with different international cultures;
• Excellent English skills
