Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for motivated individuals seeking to develop their careers within a company representing the successful implementation of internet technologies to assist real life business issues.
We are looking for team members for the sales of the online recruitment platform of Albania, Anegino. The responsibilities of the the successful candidates, who are results oriented and energetic individuals, include:
Realizing the sales of Anegino services to companies with 20+ employees.
Preparing a comprehensive list of frequent employers in Tirana.
Preparing weekly and monthly meeting schedules for the potential customers, under the supervision of the project leader
Meeting the weekly meeting quotas
Meeting the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas.
Conducting high level conversations with recruitment managers, human resources managers and in some cases, senior managers.
Maintaining accurate records regarding all the communication (promotional calls / visits, questions received from the clients) with the existing or prospective customers.
Being able to answer any inquiries by the project leader of Anegino about the customers managed in less than 30 minutes.
