EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international leading drilling engineering and technology company working onshore and offshore, is currently recruiting an Administrative Coordinator.
Major responsibilities:
• Provides secretarial and administrative support for the principal executive or foreign staff, to include journey management/travel arrangements, hotel reservation and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate;
• Serves as a direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, clients and external institutions and agencies like AKBN etc.;
• Assists foreign staff in preparing the necessary documentation for work permits, residence permits, etc.;
• Establishes and maintains files and records for the office, creates documents, statistics on request
• Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment for the company as appropriate, including inventory management, logistics and related activities;
• Other administrative duties on request.
Requirements for this position are:
• University degree;
• Previous experience in similar positions;
• Very good command of English;
• The candidate should be resident in Durres.
• Organizing and coordinating skills;
• Accurate and detail oriented person.
