Experience and Skills
• Experienced in lending sector (as a loan officer, branch manager, area manager or other positions closed related to loan processes and lending activities in Head Quarter)
• Knowledge and understanding of micro or SME business sectors
• Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to translate in activities to make sale force more effective.
• Implementation, development and monitoring of the SFE tools and sales processes in the branch network.
• Improvement of customer service processes and leading sales force development projects.
• Identification of best practices with the ability to translate and install it through the network.
• Able to work under stress in a team oriented way to produce high quality results
• Well structured, highly motivated and results driven
• Flexible, comfortable with change.
Requirements:
• Diploma of University
• At least 2 years experienced in management positions
• At least 4 years experienced in lending sector
• Very good knowledge of excel and power-point programs
• Located in Tirana City
• Driving license
• Flexible to travel 50% of the time
