Recruitment Consultants (German/English Speaker)

We are currently hiring Recruitment Consultants for a challenging and dynamic project on behalf of an International Company.
The candidates need to speak German B2, English B2 or both languages.

Requirements:


Good Knowledge of English and German Language (Level B2)
Prior experience as a Sourcing Specialist (preferred)
Prior experience with CRM Systems/Salesforce (preferred)
Ability to multitask and handle various positions simultaneously
Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
A positive friendly attitude and "persuasion mindset"
