EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, leader in the production of construction materials, is currently recruiting a Sales Analyst and Administrative Support.
Major responsabilities:
Review historical sales data to propose to Sales Manager future forecast;
Analyze sales performance of customer base and propose Bundles to upsell, mixed sells etc;
Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources;
Analyze SR performance and calculate incentives to present to Sales Manager for approval;
Analyze customer TA and calculate rebates for approval from Sales Manager;
Collaborate with team members and members of other departments;
Propose to BI team the reports that help improve analysis;
Run customer Mapping as per channels and update accordingly the data in Sales Modules;
Maintain and manage customer databases;
Assist in preparing, distributing, signing and archiving customer contracts;
Coordinate between sales and supply chain;
Follow-up with respective stakeholders the raised complains through CC database and procedure;
Support with travel documents and other admin requests of Sales Department;
Active role in designing digital sales channels ie Placing orders, e-commerce etc – drive the projects.
Requirements for this position are:
Bachelor's degree in IT & Informatics economy & marketing or statistics;
Proficient computer skills (advance excel expertize, IT knowledge);
Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills;
Superior oral and written communication skills;
High level of organization and detail-orientation;
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative;
Strong attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently:
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong time, deadline management skills
Digital concept skills – preferable
