Sales Consultant (through the phone)

EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a Multinational experienced hair transplant company with Head Office based in London and Clinic located in Istanbul, is currently recruiting Sales Consultants for Tirana Office.

The Sales Consultant will provide consultancy mainly through the phone.

Major Responsibilities:

• Sell business service to generate new and repeated business activities;
• Answer questions about hospital and its services;
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales;
• Develop and mantain customer relationship;
• Research and reputation;
• Generate a targeted number of calls per week with a number of sales per week handle;
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role ;
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
• Very good knowledge of English & Italian ; (MUST)
• Customer Service Oriented, Targets/Results Oriented;
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
