Human Resources Manager in the organization is involved in shaping the business strategy by the management of the human resources. It includes responsibilities that encompass stewardship and high-level administrative functions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance overseer to organizational strategist and enterprise business leader.
Main Responsibilities
• Develops Human Resources planning in regard of various process like recruiting, training, monitoring performance, communication and motivation, salary and bonus administration.
• Develops workforce plans and programs that align with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Evaluates human relations and work-related problems and meets with supervisors, managers, and executives to determine effective remediation techniques, such as job skill training or personal intervention, to resolve human relations issues among personnel.
• Responsible for training to instruct establishment managers, supervisors, and workers in human relation skills, such as supervisory skills, conflict resolution skills, interpersonal communication skills, and effective group interaction skills.
Key Skills and Requirements
• Human Resources Manager is required to demonstrate an understanding of the entire business, positioning him/her as a strategic business partner.
• Human Resources Manager need to master critical leadership competencies and behaviors, demonstrate decisiveness and model the organization's cultural values and attributes; possess and demonstrate innovation, and use it strategically to serve the business's strategy.
• Contribute to business strategy providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
