EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, one of the leading brewery groups in the world, with a large portfolio of beer and other beverage brands, is currently recruiting a Sales Manager (Albania).
Essential Responsibilities:
• Works in line with company’s commercial policy, monitors profitability in all business segments;
• Takes active part in defining sales strategy and sales targets;
• Coordinates sales force and distribution provided by the distributor and constantly works on improving their performance, maintains good relationship and effective communication with them;
• Regular visits to the field in order to maintain regular and strong relationships with the buyers with accent to HoReCa channel;
• Distributor in order to achieve smooth delivery to the buyer, monitors their performance;
• In charge of dedicated budget (brand, marketing, Capex, discounts, etc.);
• Follows market trends, analyses outcome using the relevant data and current circumstances in order to improve sales results;
• Cooperates with the various departments within company (Finance, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, HR etc.);
• Adapts corporate brand strategy with local market taking into account specific requirements of the local market including existing and new brands, portfolio, brand communication;
• Organizes planned brand marketing activities locally and adapts annual brand strategy with corporate brand strategy.
Requirements for this position are:
• Sales experience in FMCG and beverage industry (HoReCa, would be a big advantage);
• Previous experience in sales account management and leading sales teams;
• Excellent English;
• Strong communication, sales and negotiation, analytical skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint;
• Good knowledge of brand and portfolio strategy;
• Clean Driving License(Category B) & willing to travel within Albania.
