EPPC Albania is currently recruiting an Operational Manager.
Major Responsibilities:
• Plans and manages logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
• Liaises and negotiates with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers;
• Manages, coordinates, and supervises the vehicle fleet of the company;
• Keeps track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency, plan routes and process shipments;
• Arranges warehouse, catalog goods, inventory management of all w/houses, management of expiry goods;
• Supervises, coaches and trains workforce of the department in comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements;
• Responsible to monitor and manage the safety of the staff and security of assets used by employees;
• Manages the ISO certification process and audits the implementation of ISO-related procedures in the company;
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, & timeliness targets.
Requirements for this position:
• BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain;
• Previous working experience in logistics management;
• Proficient in standard logistics software;
• Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
• Ability to lead and manage staff and handle multiple projects.
