EPPC Albania on behalf of its client an International Company, is currently recruiting a CRM Specialist (Work from Home)
The Customer Relationship Management Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation and support of the CRM strategy. The specialist is also responsible for managing, analyzing and interpreting data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions.
The collaboration involves a full time commitment, 8 hours a day, from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible defining and managing end user training for CRM solutions – The CRM system used by the company is Salesforce;
• Collaborate with IT on defining the capabilities and driving the implementation of the required CRM infrastructure ;
• CRM data governance (correct region assignments, etc.) *Data standards *Data audit *Data structures *User access rights;
• Work with all other departments: Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, Education, Marketing, Technical, Accounting using the CRM Service to ensure data requirements are being met;
• Strategically plan, execute and assess the performance of individual CRM programs strategy within the internal teams.
Requirements for this position :
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT; (info tech web science) or CS (computer science)
• Previous experience with SalesForce; MUST
• 2-3 years in IT related field and in relevant experience;
• Very good command of Italian and/or English;
• Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Basic ITIL Certification will be an advantage.
