EPPC Albania is looking for a Marketing & PR Manager for one of its clients, an International leading company in Albania’s automotive market.
The Marketing & PR Manager, will manage all Marketing and PR for the company brands and activities within the marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy for each of the brands in line with company objectives. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities, in collaboration with Brand Managers.
Major Responsibilities:
• Drafting the Marketing and PR yearly strategy for all the brands (product and services) of the company’s portfolio, planning the yearly calendar and distributing accordingly the costs;
• Piloting marketing analysis and steering marketing strategies to optimize brand performance;
• Responsible for presenting new models in the market together with the brands teams, while planning all activities related with the product debut in the market;
• Point of contact between the marketing agencies and marketing department, in drafting projects & communications;
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications, monthly reports about competition, marketing activities, social media, plans towards stakeholders etc.;
• Prepare and implement, together with marketing team and BM the digital strategy and roll out management;
• Organizing Marketing related events (like: fairs, test drives, company anniversaries);
• Responsible for the company external mobile application– further development, maximise objectives to increase customer database, retention, and functionality of this app;
• Responsible for aligning all processes/ events/ activities to comply with company policies and procedure guidelines;
• Responsible of managing and developing team members ensuring professional trainings are in line with the marketing strategy of our brands.
Requirements for this position are:
• Marketing or Business Administration qualifications;
• Experienced marketing professional – At least 4 years of relevant professional experience;
• Good knowledge of Marketing instruments and advertisers;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Ability to work with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion;
• Proven ability to manage and complete projects to established budget and timelines
• Strong project management and organizational skills, high values of integrity and team player
