EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, SHELL Upstream Albania is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant To General Manager/Country Chair Albania.
Major responsibilities:
Personal Assistant of the General Manager/Country Chair Albania;
Manage calendar including managing internal and external appointments;
Assist manager in preparation for meetings and engagements;
Assist in email management and recognize priorities;
Custodian of official correspondence to Albanian (government) institutions, authorizations, etc;
Document filing;
Event management, event hotel reservations;
Administrative Tasks, like Mobile phone cost analysis, expense claims, Managing the Distribution lists, etc.
Requirements / Profile of successful candidate:
Education at higher vocational or university level;
Fluent in English and Albanian;
Flexible individual who can deal well with changing priorities and deadlines;
Functions well in a team, with good interpersonal skills, also when you have to say no;
Independent thinker and able to place him/herself in the shoes of the GM;
Keen to learn and develop her/himself in the business;
Confident to engage with senior stakeholders and their assistants;
Representative at senior gatherings;
Precise, high level of accuracy, creative;
