Job Description
Responsible for managing our sourcing, interviewing, recruitment & on boarding processes to ensure we hire qualified talents to meet our company’s current and future needs and to allow a high retention rate of talents and to support the new employees in their integration. Responsible for the development of the recruitment processes and the implementation of recruitment innovations.
Main responsibilities
- Develops processes necessary to ensure the attraction of talented candidates, explores the market best practices in recruitment and implements appropriate best practices in the organization;
- Manages sourcing, interviewing, recruitment & on boarding processes to ensure we hire qualified talents;
- Leads and makes concrete proposals for improvement of the processes and procedures relative to internal and external recruitment and to on-boarding;
- Ensures that Job descriptions are up-to-date for each organizational unit;
- Guarantees the establishment and the implementation of a fair, transparent and non-discriminatory recruitment process;
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization;
- Organizes the Recruitment process: publication of the open vacancies on the NOA’ website and online job boards, organize the testing sessions, settlement of the meetings with the candidates, administrative issues, reference checks;
- Conducts interviews and ensures the interview panel members are duly trained to take part in the recruitment process;
- Ensures the on boarding process is properly implemented;
- Organizes regular feedback talks with all the new employees and follows up the action plans agreed with the concerned employees;
- Makes concrete proposals and implements, under the supervision of the HR Director, the projects related to the improvement of NOA’s Employer brand;
- Represents NOA in the Job fairs;
- Develops and maintains the relationship with the Best universities of the country and ensures that NOA gets opportunities to organize seminars in the universities;
- Delivers training programs according to her/his expertise.
Requirements:
1. Education:
- University degree in Economic, Social sciences, Management or other related HR fields
2. Area of professional expertise:
- Job interviews skills
3. Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience of experience in the recruitment in the Financing/Banking Sector
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment metrics, assessment tools and selection techniques
4. Competency Profile
- Excellent Job interviewing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Empathy
- Good understanding of the overall business model and environment of a financial institution
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to speak with a diverse group of people
- Excellent written and communication English skills.
