EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, SHELL Upstream Albania is currently recruiting an Team Assistant .
Major responsibilities:
Ordering site requirements (PPE, Supplies, Hardware-Desks, etc);
Ordering office supplies (stationary, water, fruits etc);
Business Dinner Reservations;
Hotel Reservations Assistance for Out-of-Town Visitors;
Translation of documents/keeping track of documents translated;
Scanning, photocopy, and printing of documents;
Notarization of documents/ keeping track of documents notarized;
Mail delivery through 3rd party/collection and distribution of letters etc;
Archive documents/letters;
Organizing / booking workshops i.e., location booking, accommodation, food and supply of all equipment needed;
Managing the running of workshops in terms executing the plan and adapting to any changes that may come up;
Any ad hoc task as directed by line manager.
Requirements / Profile of successful candidate:
Candidates are required to have a university degree;
Self-starter, entrepreneurial, with strong ability to get things done quickly;
Able to work independently and manage multiple interfaces;
Good interpersonal and relationship skills with good experience of working effectively in multi-disciplinary business teams handling complexity and ambiguity;
Result-oriented style with ability to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines with minimum supervision;
Strong analytical and communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
