Main responsibilities and duties
• Design work processes from the generation of contacts with potential customers to customer retention activities. Continuously identifies potential improvements to these processes.
• Trains the staff for the processes and their implementation in the system.
• Monitor the use of the system according to the policies of SFE and other NOA policies and procedures.
• Identifies needs for support, coaching and their delivery.
• Propose for the necessary changes in the procedure of sales activities and lending processes.
• Coordinates the tasks and identifies the situations for each member of the staff of NOA who directly or indirectly implicates in the functioning of the system.
• Generates and process reports from the system according to the needs of the Business Department.
• Other duties may be assigned
Experience and Skills
• Experienced in lending sector (as a loan officer, branch manager, area manager or other positions closed related to loan processes and lending activities in Head Office)
• Knowledge and understanding of micro or SME business segments
• Knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to translate in activities to make sale force more effective.
• Implementation, development and monitoring of SFE tools & sales processes in the branch network.
• Improvement of customer service processes and leading sales force development projects
• Identification of best practices with the ability to translate and install it through the network
• Able to work under stress in a team oriented way to produce high quality results
• Well structured, highly motivated and results driven
• Flexible, comfortable with change.
Requirements:
• Diploma of University
• At least 4 years experienced in lending sector
• Very good knowledge of excel and PowerPoint programs
• Fluent English
• Located in Tirana City
• Driving license
• Flexible to travel 50% of the time
