Business Financial Controller

EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, an International Leading Construction company, is currently recruiting a Business Financial Controller.

Job Scope:

BFC identifies risks, inefficiencies, lack of proper control and management, presents findings and proposes solutions to the management. Covers budgeting end2end, analyzes past performance and creates trends to use for budgeting purposes. Analyses costs centers and provides relevant insight for Management.

Essential Responsibilities:

Revenue Control:
- Customer/price analysis & control;
- Evidence check of price data changes monthly basis;
- Margin analysis report for product category, vs budget, product and respective changes;

Cost control
- Production model – material balance track and reporting;
- Analyze and propose daily planning & production efficiencies in close cooperation with Production Manager;
- Identify production costs, analyze and provide proposals to management for efficiencies including workforce;
- Analyze production lines profitability, report analysis and discuss propose measures;
- Logistics, procurement cost analysis and propose in cooperation with respective manager efficiencies, cost savings.

Inventory:
- Ensure produced/ finished goods inventory movements are properly accounted;
- Control of Inventory adjustments in ERP system vs documentation, sample checks and reports;
- Reconciliation of inventory count vs ERP and preparation of respective memo
- Identify gabs in inventory management and propose flow to direct managers and MD on improvements

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management - preferable Master degree.
• 5 years work experience in risk, control, sales, production;
• Analytical reporting skills/attention to detail/ math skills;
• Navision 2016 ERP system knowledge – preferred;
• Advance Excel expertize;
• Ability to analyze financial & commercial, operations data.
