Century 21 Montenegro, a multinational real estate company located in 80 countries and territories around the world, is looking to hire an Office Manager to attain the following duties:
1. Coordinates the daily tasks of the staff composed of real estate agents as well as all administrative matters pertaining to the office and staff. The OM aids them in creating daily to yearly working plans and to achieve their target objectives which are commonly decided upon.
2. Implements continuously the office’s Code of Ethics, Rule Book, Dress Codes guidelines in their staff. The OM deals with the staff’s continuous training, while coordinating recruiting and retention strategies.
3. Continuously monitors the staff in terms of performance and quality of customer service.
4. Upholds the communication and periodic reporting towards the broker in what concerns the office’s issues. Organises and archives all the documents related to the client’s properties.
5. Keeps informed on the real estate market, recent sales, market selling prices and the preservation of such data. The OM aids in the creation and the implementing of the office’s marketing strategies.
We are looking for an experienced problem-solver who is highly-skilled in communication and efficiency.
