The company is an international group, based in United Kingdom, with offices and plants also in Slovenia, Bulgaria, Albania, Turkey and Russia. The Group, specialized in the production and distribution of plastic materials in global markets, is working in Albania with administrative and commercial offices.
RESEARCH
The Albanian company is looking for an Administrative Referent.
The Albanian company is managing the Administrative activities for all the Group’s Companies.
The position is based in Tirana, permanent and full-time.
The Albanian company can authorize the working in teleworking.
The salaries will be, depending on competences, experiences and performance, 400-650 €/month net.
JOB DECRIPTION
The main duties are:
- collect, verify, manage and distribute the documents destined to the international bookkeepers,
- keep updated the treasury information in the specific software,
- manage payments from on line banking accounts,
- verify the VAT returns and the financial statements,
- manage the practical activities connected to the Albanian Company,
- issue and verify the fiscal documents for the Group,
- manage the activities correlated to the offers to the Customers and the Customer order.
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION
The referent must:
- be strongly able to understand and learn,
- speak a fluent professional English,
- have previous experiences in administration,
- have conceived excellent studies results in appropriate time frames,
The ideal candidate:
- has experiences abroad of study and/or work in the same field,
- has competence/experience in international accounting.
