CEMEA SALES FORCE ADMINISTRATOR:
Role Purpose:
The CEMEA Sales Force DC Administrator will ensure, through a full understanding of EMEA Sales
Business Development process and organization that data in Sales Force is entered in accordance with
the Global/Regional Business Development management requirements.
Continued activity and responsibility to administrate & maintain the Sales Force database, so as
to assure the quality and accuracy of the data in the CEMEA BD reporting on sales process input
Empower to provide feedback to the Sales Force user when they are not working according to
the define/ cooperate client
Support local request on SF usage and best practices and process standard; provide training
session if applicable
Coordinate and consult with the global SF administrator on SF process in general and guideline/
training development
The CEMEA Sales Force DC Administrator will also support CEMEA Business Development
department with various admin / coordination tasks
Role Duties:
Salesforce.com administration
o Drive system integrity (process, definitions)
o Creation of new accounts in SFDC, following established process
o Drive system integrity (process, definitions)
o Support Salesforce development as a tool to meet sales requirements/needs
o Produce ad hoc reports upon request (subs, sales support, sales executives)
o Sharing access to existing accounts, following established process
o Mass upload contacts/leads
o Mass transfer accounts, contacts, leads, open activities, open opportunities as needed
and whenever there are personnel changes at manager’s requests
o Set up new reports/dashboards to support users’ needs and update existing reports if
necessary
o Activate and deactivate user license, following established process
o Administer system changes for the CEMEA users and ensure communication
o Train new users in the region, leveraging videos and materials developed by Global
Admin Team
o Run ongoing data quality checks to escalate potential data integrity issues to CEMEA BD
analyst in the region for them to resolve these
o Serve as control tower, vigilant of data integrity (spot-check and help resolve duplicates,
or things that are clearly incorrect)
o Set up new Libraries and manage access to these, as needed
o Assist users in troubleshooting SFDC issues and escalate support to Global Admin Team,
if needed
o Help identify areas of improvement and sharing of best practices for SFDC in
collaboration with the CEMEA BD analyst
Secondary:
BD Admin support
o Support various admin tasks and coordination for the CEMEA BD team Maintain CEMEA
Biz Dev guidelines, governance
o Will work in partnership with the Global sales team and local team, including various
support function – ( SF admin, BD, BD support…)
