EMEA- Inside Sales Analyst:
Duties and responsibilities:
This role is a key enabler of our Go to Market for Back office BPO services in EMEA. The Inside
Sales Analyst will work closely with our Business Development/ Sales leadership and will
specifically be responsible to generate appointments (Online/ In-person meetings) with the
relevant stakeholders at target customers/ prospects.
Conduct desktop research and create a list of key individuals in target companies.
Populate list with contact numbers and emails using research through company websites and
other publicly available resources such as LinkedIn.
Details of companies and target job titles/ roles to be provided
Contact target individuals using emails and calls to generate appointments. Work with Business
Development/ /Sales leadership to create and update email content and calling scripts
Competency Levels:
At least one year of Inside Sales/ Lead generation experience for an Outsourcing services/ IT/
Software provider selling to businesses/ corporations
Team Working
Sales B2B skills
Handling objections and rebuttals
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Fluent English
French or German in addition to English would be an advantage
Microsoft Office skills
Self-Management
Dealing with Pressure
Flexibility
