TELEPERFORMANCE EMEA, worldwide leader in the contact center services, is looking for:
Content & Copywriting Specialist
Responsible for supporting the execution of creative marketing, story-telling, and digital initiatives that drive customer engagement and revenue through various forms of copywriting and content creation.
Most media and content will be customer-facing and should be both engaging and accurate to help drive both awareness/education and product revenue through lead generation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: copy writing, tracking and analyzing success of content, managing both web-based and print graphics with the creative services team, modernizing of legacy content for current consumer behavior, and video content creation including editing with the demand generation / graphic / video production team.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of digital content writing and take guidance from sales, engineering, and marketing to create consistent branded content, which will provide a positive, strong, and solid first impression for our customers.
• Develop copy, photos, graphics, and video content for communications tactics designed to drive engagement and sales leads. Media vehicles include company website, email marketing, social media platforms, editorial, and other emerging digital engagement tools.
• Develop rich marketing content that is engaging along the customer life cycle.
• Working alongside marketing and product teams to concept graphics for Point Of Sales Materials, packaging and adverts.
• Manage projects and deliverables from concept through execution with minimal supervision
• Manage the storage and delivery of all digital assets for marketing and sales use
• Maintain graphical brand guidelines and provide resource materials for internal clients and channel partners to ensure adherence.
• Participate in team analysis of content performance and contribute to best practices
Qualifications:
• 2-3+ years’ professional experience in writing and editing marketing copy, with an emphasis on writing SEO-optimized content for the web
• Professional experience in graphic design layout, with an emphasis on graphics for the web
• Professional experience in video content creation and editing, with an emphasis on storytelling on web-based mediums such as YouTube
• Portfolio of short-form and long-form written, graphical, and video content samples that you have written or produced, with documented success
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter and self-leader, with impeccable follow-through and respect for technical accuracy
• Must be comfortable presenting ideas to internal and external clients, receptive of feedback and deadline oriented
• Understanding of SEO/SEM algorithms and strategies and able to work within SEO framework; demonstrated success using optimization to harness organic search
• Understanding of social media algorithms and strategies and knowing how to successfully engage an audience
• Passion for putting the customer first and being able to adjust tactics based on customer feedback
• Knowledge of new content tactics and emerging technologies including mobile consumption
• Excellent team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, engaging personality a plus
• Must be comfortable in fast-paced environment, able to hit the ground running, and able to manage priorities well
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications or related field
• Master’s degree in Digital Media, Communications Leadership/Storytelling or related field a plus
• Native/Fluent in English, with other languages such as German, Spanish, or French, a plus
