Allan Lloyds provides business conferences, summits and seminars with global coverage that serve as independent discussion platforms with high level managers from leading companies in industries like Pharma, Banking, Telecom, Gas & Petroleum, and more.
Responsibilities:
Takes care of the full recruitment life cycle to include but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references.
Actively participates in the design, implementation and marketing of company vacancies.
Takes care of distribution of promotional materials, including flyers and brochures to the right target population.
Evaluates and uses different recruitment channels and sources for the job positions.
Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Previous recruitment experience preferred but not mandatory.
Sales recruitment experience is an advantage.
English – fluent (mandatory)
