Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Accounts payable management - full scope (order to pay)
• Accounts receivable coordination – communicating with external accountant, Operation Managers, distributing invoices to clients, chasing payments,
• Supporting monthly accounting close (such as intercompany reconciliations, accounts analytics and documen-tation)
• Coordination and communication with the external auditor
• Review and process reimbursements
• Ad hoc tasks and support of the Finance Manager
Requirements:
• High School and/or University graduates
• Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role for at least 2- 3 years.
• Experience in invoicing process – Mandatory.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
• Experience with external auditors
• Native Albanian with at least upper-intermediate English
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Professionalism and positive attitude
• Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• Team players with the ability to also work independently
• Excellent communication skills.
