We are looking for a BID Manager
Role Duties
Primary:
• Follow the bid qualification process for all opportunities (RFI/RFP/RFx)– including bid go and no-go opportunities
• BID Response –analyze and qualify the RFx and client needs with sales team and the solution design – prepare and consolidate questions & review if additional information is required
• Collate RFx questions and follow up on any additional information required by internal stakeholders (Solution Design/Pricing)
• Review of bid request and to identify any potential issues & risks
• Work with solution design to help define best solution fit – including value proposition, strategy development solution support, commercial considerations
• Lead the bid strategy - in collaboration with involved parties and stakeholders such as BD, Solution design, pricing, Local operations & marketing
• Project manage the scope/mapping/resource requirement of any New Business opportunities, RFI/RFP/RFx responses.
• Coordinate and capture the various inputs required from the different sites
• Analyze & present the data received, compile & prepare the data in a consistent way
• Produce professionally written proposals clearly articulating TP value proposition (Content & Presentation)
• Ensuring all proposals are corporate compliant, accurate and complete.
• Create and coordinate the presentation content /information for the client proposal
• Critical Post Bid reviews with the view of constant improvement of the bid process – leading to the further development of highly tailored content relating to Teleperformance’s experience and expertise across vertical sectors.
• Maintain processes & procedures for managing proposal
• Developing and maintaining content on a ad hoc basis
• Maintain knowledge base content
• Day to day running of multiple concurrent project lifecycle, within set timescales planning, monitoring, control report & communicating
Secondary:
• Actively participates with proposal qualification for new business opportunities
• Support the sales team with targeted information from the country in scope (definition, gathering & control) on LOB, country, vertical, clients
• Collation of sales collateral material (case studies/market sector applications/sales pitch materials) and assure they are taged and stored according to applicable process
• Maintaining the offer and documentation library in collaboration with the SDBDS team
• To oversee all aspects of the company using networking, communication: any means to remain updated regarding sales need and internal company expertise information
• Work with internal organization & interface with operations/Marketing/EMEA support/IT/HR teams to determine bid strategies
• Reporting & Tracking: Providing tracking and reporting on individual bids
• Share best practices with the SD & BD teams
• Facilitating continuous improvement

Partner with the EMEA BD and support teams coupled with the local operational teams to deliver a bid management process that is compelling, timely and compliant to client needs.
Collaboratively working in drawing insightful fit for purpose proposals for both existing and prospect clients.
