ENGLISH speaking Inbound Operators for Turkish Airlines Project

An Inbound Operator will provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. They’re patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. This is a full time job position.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience as an inbound or outbound agent
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree. College degree preferred
- Availability to work in group and in different shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
