TELEPERFORMANCE ALBANIA worldwide leader in the contact center services, positioned even in Albania is looking for:
CEO Assistant
The CEO assistant has to provide a wide range of duties, including clerical tasks, research and management roles. The position requires a high level of integrity, because is exposed to confidential and sensitive information.
TASKS:
* Assists CEO and the first line management with travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning as needed
* Maintains discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all first line management
* Participates, if needed, at the Executive Team meeting including assisting in scheduling meetings and minutes
* Assists in coordinating the agenda of CEO and senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all- staff meetings
* Ensures that the CEO's agenda is kept updated and responds to requests for materials regarding the CEO and the organization in general
* Edits and completes first drafts for written communications to external stake holders
* Works with the Strategic Initiatives team in coordinating the CEO's outreach activities
* Follows up on contacts made by the CEO and supports the cultivation of ongoing relationships
* Is responsible for the monthly production of the TP Albania Deck
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
* Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with the first line management and all the staff
* Emotional maturity
* Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
* Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
* Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development
* Expert level written and verbal communication skills, in Italian and English (Albanian mother tongue) Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
