We are International Showtimes, a global entertainment data aggregator based in Berlin. We operate in 50+ markets and serve clients across the globe. The International showtimes team consists of 15+ smart, motivated and friendly people and we are looking for help with our next phase of growth.
Your tasks
As a Growth Manager at International Showtimes, you will help the company grow strategically and to increase our global customer base. Within the growth team, you will be our customer’s first experience with International Showtimes. You will get to conduct your own exciting projects and share responsibility for the project’s success. A steep learning curve is guaranteed!
- Researching, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers and sales opportunities
- Contacting potential customers and initiating conversations via email, telephone, and LinkedIn
- Maintaining our customer database and preparing reports
- Building and managing the sales pipeline and outreach via CRM and automation tools
- Conducting market analysis and presenting insights to the growth team
- Creation of processes like sales & marketing automations
Our requirements
You are motivated, like to constantly push yourself to become better and interested in learning more about entertainment data aggregation in B2B context.
- You studied business administration, IT or a related field
- You have at least 1-2 years of sales experience (Ideally, within the B2B Software as a Service industry)
- You are experienced in cold-calling, using CRM & typical MS Office/G-suite tools
- You will either have a basic understanding of business development, marketing and data aggregation OR a keen desire to learn
- You are passionate about movies, cinemas & entertainment sector in general
- You are more extroverted and aren’t shy while speaking with unknown people
- You have an outstanding work ethic and intrinsically motivated to succeed
- You are a fast learner and like to solve problems with your unique approach
- You have good (verbal & written) communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- You are fluent in Business English (bonus points if you are fluent in French and/or German too)
