PMO – Project Manager Officer Acca19 Albania
Job Summary:
PMO is responsible for the collection, tracking and monitoring of global project status and direct reporting, internally and towards VMO. The role is responsible for supporting project managers, global delivery managers and trainers throughout the organization in tracking project deliverables and transitioning implementations into ongoing support. The PMO should have a solid understanding of the functions, processes and production components within the organization and will serve as a coordinator and facilitator of the global delivery and VMO initiatives, startups and processes.
Directly reports to Global Delivery Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzes and distributes executive level reports on a daily and weekly basis (mostly).
• Reviews, analyzes and reports of project status week over week across the organization
• Collects and tracks of PMO gates and documentation.
• Monitors project progress trends and reports or escalates accordingly
• Proactively identifies organizational issues that will impact the company portfolio
• Proactively identifies organizational risks that could impact the company
• Demonstrate ability to recognize situations that need to be diffused and escalate accordingly
• Leads status calls with senior management and executives to communicate progress and highlight areas for focus
• Supports leadership team in internal and external communications
• Owns elements of project management process improvements, standards and governance.
• Delivers solutions to mid to upper management according to the defined process
Requirements:
• 2- 4 years’ experience in management roles or similar to PMO/VMO/OM
• Previous experience in multinational companies will be a plus
• Previous experience in this role will be a plus
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to use office automation tools as needed to perform your function
• Ability to interpret financial information (e. g., costs vs. revenue)
• Previous Project Management Office experience a plus
• Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments within timelines.
• Knowledge of software and tools used within project management
• Strong desire to keep up-to-date with emerging technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English level = C1
• German language skills will be a plus
• Ability to inspire, communicate and collaborate with colleagues
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and accomplish multiple tasks independently
