Job Summary / Overview
• The Lead Generation Representative will actively seek out and engage customer prospects, closely working with the Sales Team to understand the pipeline of new demand and requirements.
• You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Managing prospect lead generation. Generating leads from cold calling, mass mailing, LinkedIn marketing and bidding portals. Use LinkedIn search and Google search techniques to source information.
• Will be responsible for Market research for identifying the new client, lead generation converting the lead into prospect by pitching about Teleperformance BPO services.
• The ideal candidate should be an exemplary conversationalist. Creating high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Ability to engage and build long term relationship with prospects. Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Ability to quickly research a prospect company and tailor your presentation to their specific needs.
• Should be able to discover prospects pain points by using probing techniques and effectively address each one of them. Perform product demonstrations that are tied to ROI and leave the prospect wanting to buy.
• Individuals in this role will collaborate with Business Development Managers and Account Executives to identify new business opportunities in existing and new accounts.
• The candidate must be a keen learner with a Passion for Inside sales; successful candidates who are self-driven, energetic, confident and self-motivated with the ability to think on their feet. A disciplined approach to managing your sales efforts daily.
Lead Generation Representatives will focus on the following:
• Generate demand for opportunities without a formal RFP
• Build client relationships to uncover previously unknown opportunities
• Drive new or expanded work to existing contracts
• Cold call / pursue opportunities in white space
• Familiarizing client executives with Teleperformance’s capabilities
• Build relationships with key prospects
What you'll be doing:
• Contact prospects to generate and nurture warm leads for the product/sale.
• Gather and record competitive information, customer objections and best practices in CRM.
• Meet and exceed lead metrics and achieve "product specific" growth targets
• Identify market potential by qualifying leads.
• Initiate sales process by communicating with customers to understand their account requirements.
• Making on average of 100+ outbound calls/emails/texts per day.
MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and specific Training
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Special Certifications: N/A
Work experience
• Relevant work experience is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Able to conduct effective internet Research
• Able to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
