TELEPERFORMANCE ALBANIA worldwide leader in the costumer services, positioned even in Albania is looking for a:
Client Service Delivery Manager (CSDM)
Key Responsibilities:
• The Client Service Delivery Manager will be accountable for all financial trackers associated with their account and ensure that both the client’s requirements and those of Teleperformance are well balanced.
• The direct relationship with our Client (s) and the success of the project (achieving Tgt and Kpi’s) in which he works for
• Commercial acumen is a key aspect of this role as the Account Manager will execute a client contact strategy in order to deliver accurate and timely reporting with appropriate analysis and recommendations.
• The CSDM works every day on the floor helping the Floor Manager to manage agents and supervisors and is responsible for the operational success of the project(s)
• The CSDM will innovate, motivate and most of all inspire, to help our Clients achieve the excellent service they have come to expect from Teleperformance.
• Managing the client relationship, understanding their expectations, and delivering change in order to improve performance
• Manage changing and unexpected situations
• Adding value to the clients business / service provision (client centricity)
• Contract management including negotiation of commercials
• Plan, coordinate and communicate activities across departments on a daily basis
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the Client and Company
• Report on time and in accurate manner to the client
• Invoice on time and accurately to the client
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Accountable for the Client Satisfaction and Retention
• Financial forecasting and invoicing
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2-year experience as Account Manager and proved experience in call center environment or similar
• Excellent usage of MS Office
• Communication Skill (Oral and Written)
• Decision making
