Business Development Personal Assistant:
Role Purpose:
The CEMEA Business Development Personal Assistant (PA) will support all Administrative activities for
Chief Biz Dev Officer CEMEA. The PA will be involved in research, project management, communications
and implementation/maintenance of administrative procedures and systems. The PA will also take
ownership and responsibility of diary management, managing expenses and be the first point of contact
for internal clients;
Role Duties:
Primary:
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal clients
Supports CEO Biz Dev with basic communications: compiling and preparing reports,
presentations and correspondence
Work with executive BD team to create spreadsheets, collate data and presentation information
for meetings
Supports with meeting organization (attendees list, organization, provider, sandwich, meeting
minutes, room booking in HQ…)
Support with regional events
Screen and direct phone calls/emails and distribute correspondence
Organizes and maintains diaries & meetings for the CEMEA CEO Business Development
Organise travel arrangements: Arranges travel, visas and accommodation for CEMEA CEO Biz
Dev and CEMEA Business Development team
Prepare the conference rooms for sales presentations and meetings
Collating and filing expenses
Maintains organisation charts & phone list including local team contacts
Budget tracking and coordination with IT/ CFO
Support the set up and coordination of the onboarding of new starters (logistics)
Managing & updating team holiday tracker
Secondary:
Supports and assists in coordinating admin policies, processes and relevant documents for the
CEMEA Business Development team
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Miscellaneous tasks to support Chief Biz Dev Officer for CEMEA, i.e. completing some corporate
governance reporting or conducting research
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Maintain CEMEA Biz Dev guidelines, governance
Important role – First point of contact for all internal clients, Regular interaction with the BD
teams both locally & regionally working collaboratively with the local operational and support
teams to deliver collate information (data/new starters/venue management) and provide
communications.
