Looking for a Executive Director (General Manager)

Reporting to the board of Directors the Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the organization according to the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Participate with the Board of Directors in planning and developing the strategic plans of the organization
· Act as a professional advisor to the Board of Director on all aspects of the organization's activities
· Represent the organization at community activities to enhance the organization's community profile

Operational planning and management
· Develop and implement a business plans which incorporate goals and objectives towards the strategic direction of the organization
· Understands the driving forces and the Health care market and proposes respective business plans to the board.
· Prepare and runs the annual budgets. P&L accountability
· Prepare and preset to the Board monthly reports, related to sales, expenses and cash flow
· Monitor and run all day-to-day operations of the organization
· Effectively communicates the business statistics & progress towards goals to motivate the performance of others.
· Modeling and promoting career opportunities to personnel
· Hire, develop and train others to achieve optimal business results as well as personal goals
Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations
· Ensure that the organization is complying with all law, regulations and taxation policies of the state.
