TELEPERFORMANCE ALBANIA worldwide leader in the contact center services, positioned even in Albania is looking for:
Project Manager
Main duties:
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project, which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, at the required level of quality and according to all requirements of the Client
When no project are in start up the Project Manager will help the existing projects as
ACCOUNT ANALYST, who:
Create pricing (using pricing file) for tender and offers for new Client
Prepare Invoicing every end of the month
Collect information to put in the WBR/MBR/QBR files using Tp templates and guidelines
Support colleagues analyzing and reviewing contracts, SOW or MSA
Organize and coordinate travels and people during events or meeting with the Client in Tp Albania
Requirements:
University Degree
Fluent Italian: written/spoken
Good Knowledge of English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good Problem Solving
Leadership
Planning and organizing skills
