1 Work Force Manager for our Travelling German Operations CRM area.
About us
We are a multinational Group present in several countries (Italy, Germany, UK, Croatia, Albania), which operates in the fields of digital technological services and costumer care, specialized in the creation of Contact Managements solutions.
Job overview
Provides support to operational functions, maximizing the performance levels of the Operation CRM. It includes all the activities necessary to maintain a productive workforce, such as service level management, data collection, scheduling, staffing and analysis of data.
Terms and Conditions
• Full time contract
• Open to traveling and relocation
Main activities
• Produce and analyze productivity reporting in order to make efficiency recommendations to the business
• Extractions (automatic or manual) from the internal or customer systems
• Processing of data to make them operative for further use
• Analysis of the processed data, to identify any operational anomalies
• Plan and organize workload, schedule and execute shift-bids to ensure adequate staff needed to meet service level objectives
• Elaboration of the hours produced on the center for further sharing and elaboration
Qualification and skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Results oriented
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and delegate deliverables effectively
• Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues
• Ability to manage and measure workloads, forecasts and meaningful reporting
• Knowledge of German (written and spoken) is an advantege
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken)
• Advance knowledge and experience using MS Office Suite including: Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
