Background
TCN is a System Integrator operating in Albania, Kosovo and other countries. TCN is working on projects in the Air Traffic Control, Airport, Defense and IT domains. In this context TCN shall employ an experienced Engineer able to perform independently and efficiently, in an international environment, the given duties. Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide services as field engineer in connectivity, integration and technical expertise, as well as troubleshooting, inspection and functionality reporting for IT and network connected solutions environmental primary for RF/VHF ground to air messaging and communications services. Analyzing systems and defining, designing, developing, and implementing technical products and systems specific to client needs. Assisting in the specification of the IT and Network infrastructure, in particular hardware and hardware-related software (operating systems, virtualization software, drivers, etc.). Should be able to handle a diverse range of software/hardware products, solutions and concepts relevant to diverse industries:
o Airport
o Defense and Security
o Telecommunications
o Transport etc
Identify errors in the systems and propose corrective actions, including systems integration and documentation. Provide preventive maintenance and documentation of maintenance performed. Develop cooperative working relationships with internal engineering and operations teams as well as external customers and stakeholders. Inform management of the real-time maintenance status of all assigned equipment. Providing support and advising on manning requirements for the system.
Providing Pre sale/ After Sale tasks such as:
o Reviews cost analyses and vendor comparison reports to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
o Proficiency in analyzing the customers business, applications and converting the business needs into viable technical solutions.
o Preparation of tender documents, technical presentations, diagrams etc. based on requirements

• Possess knowledge of the tools and processes required by the role
• Functions in complex environments with minimal direction
• Solid individual performance while partnering with others
• Shares knowledge in area of expertise
• Analytical and able to adapt to IT/Network based applications in various industry areas
Skills/ Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Electronic Engineer, IT, Telecom
• Minimum of five years of work experience, after completing of university studies;
• Minimum one project completed successfully
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Good communication skills, organizational and management ability;
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines;
• Driving license and driving experience
• Travel availability
• Extended hours work availability
Preferred Skills/ Qualifications:
• Master Degree in related disciplines
• Deep Knowledge of Microwave, UHF, VHF, HF, Voice Communications Systems, RDVS, Air Traffic Control, and Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR). Experience with HF equipment, UHF/VHF radios,
• Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work independently, completing multiple.
• Experience with international companies and big manufacturers
• Experience with system installations, integration, test and commissioning procedures
• Project Management capabilities
