The role’s primary responsibility is to collect and thoroughly analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities, summarizing findings and making strategic recommendations in an effort to best optimize sales performances.
Responsibilities:
• Prepares the monthly / yearly budget as per distributor / brand pack / promotor.
• Analyses sales data, follows up progresive sales and checks sales vs budget forecast.
• Develops standardized tools, methodologies, and business processes to help improvement of sales operational efficiency.
• Collects sales records and trends and evaluates performance measured against sales quotas.
• Analyzes sales and performance records, interprets results of overall sales, and makes appropriate recommendations.
• Coordinates with Operations department to ensure the stock is in line with sales trends.
• Assists/Represents the Sales management team with presentations and / or reports as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
• University degree in Economy, Informatics, Business Informatics or Administration.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in databases and data processes and analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Experience with business process improvement and working with others to implement change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain analysis and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
• Very good knowledge of English; Italian language is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
