Fibank Albania, a rapidly growing commercial bank, is looking to hire a qualified individual for the position of Branch MANAGER for Tirana 1 Branch in Rr. Kavajes.
Responsibilities:
• Creating direct contacts and presenting bank products offered to state institutions, private companies and individuals to the actual and potential customers
• Achieve targets (Key Performance Indicators) set up by the Head Office for bank accounts, loans, deposits, etc.
• Implementing bank regulations and directives from Head Office.

• Banking experience for more than 3 years, with sales concentration ( preferably with Branch Manager experience and/or banking supervision experience)
• Excellent knowledge of the business environment
• Very Good command of English
• PC skills
• Ability to work in team
• Excellent communication skills.
