Account Manager/ Advertising PR
On behalf of our client, a well- known international group operating in Albania that focuses on brand, promotion, retail, regional and interactive marketing, we are currently seeking for an Account Manager.
Job Role:
The Account Manager plays a critical role with the clients, both strategically and tactically, and oversees the development of marketing campaigns from initial concept and creative, through to in-home fulfillment and back-end analysis. He/she employs a range of strategic thinking, decision-making skills and ability to push the envelope in new directions.
The right person for this position is one who thrives in a fast-paced, creative and entrepreneurial environment. He/she manage brand information flows effectively, directing and filtering such flows as appropriate (both internally and externally).
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by adding value to their business through a strong commitment to success, consistent performance and the ability to develop a wide range of ideas and solutions.
- Brief accurately (consistent with established internal protocol), ensuring that all parties are informed of all relevant developments.
- Follows closely and report to Manager regularly and precisely upon major client / brand developments.
- Maintains complete brand / campaign documentation (including client contact record and campaign record).
- Remains up-to-date on all market trends / developments of significance relative to campaigns, brands, or the brand environment (competitive and performance-related information).
- Creates communication plans and proposals; draw ups list of upcoming actions for each managed brand
- Reports also to Finance Department about budgeting responsibility and financial / legal advice and resolution of any related client issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/ PR, Human Sciences
- +4 years experience required, ideally one year as an Account Manager in agency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Proficiency with MS Office
- A passion for design is highly preferred.
- Lead by demonstration, be it hands-on involvement or big picture thinking.
- Ultra organized, high energy self-starter, ambitious, strong attention to detail, problem-solver, able to think proactively in a fast paced environment, open minded.
